Drive Sustainability is facilitated by CSR Europe and governed by the Leadership Assembly. The implementation of activities is done by the Steering Committee and the Working Groups.

LEADERSHIP ASSEMBLY

  • • CPO/VP Procurement
  • • Sets strategy, objectives and priorities, reviews status and priorities
  • • Meets once every 2 years

STEERING COMMITTEE

  • • Procurement representatives
  • • Implement strategy and activities
  • • Meets four times per year and via regular web and in-person meetings

WORKING GROUPS

  • • Working groups working with a smaller number of representatives on strategy topics
  • • Monthly meetings
  • • Working groups in 2023: Carbon Neutrality, Compliance/SAQ, Integrated Training Offer, Raw Materials,  Workforce Wellbeing
