The leading collaborative platform, Drive Sustainability, together with SUPPLIERASSURANCE, is proud to publish the second part of their automotive due diligence Intelligence Report.
Drawing on insights from over 43,000 supplier responses to the Drive Sustainability SAQ (versions 4.0 and 5.0) between January 2021 and June 2023, this Intelligence Report provides a comparative analysis of supplier performance in the automotive supply chain.
The report examines various parameters, including location, sector, and company size: Large Enterprises (LEs) and Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Specifically, this report assesses their performance across three themes: Environment, Responsible Supply Chain Management and Responsible Sourcing of Raw Materials.
Following its release, Drive Sustainability, Drive Plus and SUPPLIERASSURANCE hosted a webinar that connected OEMs and suppliers to discuss the main findings and aggregated results of the report with the objective of further engaging in shaping sustainable supply chains further.

* The Sustainability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) was launched in 2014 by Drive Sustainability and delivered by SUPPLIERASSURANCE. The SAQ was designed with the objective to enhance sustainability in the supply chain by meticulously assessing policy and practice in the areas of social and environmental sustainability, health and safety, business ethics and compliance, supplier management and responsible sourcing of raw materials. The SAQ is implemented in the supply chain of global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), tier1 and sub-tier automotive companies. Since the introduction of the SAQ, over 76,000 suppliers have been assessed and more than 127,000 SAQs have been successfully completed. The SAQ remains an essential sustainability due diligence tool in the automotive supply chain.
