汽车生产者是汽车行业最不可或缺的资源。作为一个行业，我们需要确保能为制造车辆和零部件以及提供服务的个人创造负责任的工作条件和环境，使他们拥有体面的待遇和应有的尊重。 因此，一个由众多OEMs参与的合作项目，驱动可持续，决定遵守一套共同的指导原则，向OEMs的供应商和分包商描述OEMs对人权、工作条件和环境领导力的最低期望。

The people that produce automobiles are the industry’s most important resource. As an industry, we need to ensure that the individuals making our vehicles and components, or providing us with services, are afforded responsible working conditions and environmental considerations, and are treated with dignity and respect. Therefore, Drive Sustainability – a Global automotive association of the leading OEMs – decided to adhere to a set of common Guiding Principles that describe their minimum expectations towards human rights, working conditions and environmental leadership, for their suppliers and their subcontractors.

BACKGROUND

2021年以来，欧美多部法律的通过和实施，对企业有关供应链管理合规工作提出了新要求，有关反对强迫劳动等人权议题也被纳入相关法律法规。此次研讨会旨在满足OEM供应商对供应链人权管理深入学习需求。研讨会将聚焦后疫情时代的国际环境及国际规则发展趋势，为供应商提供有关人权管理和劳动实践的知识分享和实践指导，介绍国际层面的人权尽职调查的发展情况以及对中国企业的影响。

Since 2021, the adoption and implementation of many European and American laws have put forward new requirements for supply chain management. Human rights issues including forced labor is coming under greater scrutiny due to mandatory compliance with related laws and regulations. The webinar responds to the need for a more in-depth understanding on human rights management along the supply chain. The webinar will focus on the post-pandemic global development and trends of international regulations, provide participants with knowledge and practical guidance on the management of human rights and labour practice in a company, introduce the development of human rights due diligence at international level as well as their impacts on Chinese corporations.
